Studio Policies

Lessons must be booked 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time.This also applies to rescheduled lessons. Automatic recurring lessons are not available through the website. You can schedule lessons up to a month ahead of time.

Payments are made ahead of the scheduled lesson time. Payment can also be made in person (before the lesson) with cash or credit/debit card.

AMCHS class time lessons will be invoiced once a month during the third week of the month. Any lessons missed during the month can be made up.

Any cancellation more than 48 hours of scheduled lesson time will not be charged. Simply contact for a refund. Any cancellation less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full lesson fee. If the teacher cancels/reschedules, there will be no charge and the lesson will be refunded and rescheduled.

If an AMCHS student wishes to reschedule their lesson, they can contact the teacher for a reschedule or cancellation. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance, the student is still charged for the lesson.

If you are late to a scheduled lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If you miss your lesson completely, your lesson time will be forfeit and will not be refunded. Teaching will end 3-5 minutes before the end of a lesson to review and give assignments for home practice.

There is room in the studio for a guest to stay during your lesson. Parents are welcome to sit in during lesson times. Parents may also wait in the living room during a lesson if they wish.

The studio reserves the right to refuse in-person or online lessons due to illness, erratic, or violent behavior. The studio reserves the right to stop a lesson at any point if necessary The studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue lessons with any student for any reason at the discretion of the owner.

Kara Gregory Music Studio holds the rights and discretion to change and/or amend any of the above Terms & Conditions if deemed necessary or unavoidable.
